Two orders in one season
The 2022 pair is the interesting one. A league orders once, and then orders again inside the same year at a larger size. That's not a mistake — that's a league discovering mid-season that the small pin wasn't doing the job.
The size migration
Watch the sizes across four orders and you're watching a slow argument being won.
1.25 inches is a nice pin. It is also, at a trading table, a pin that gets skipped. Two inches is the floor where kids actually stop and look. This league started small, tried larger in the same season, went back, and by 2026 was ordering exclusively at two inches.
We give that advice on the first call every time. It lands better as a receipt than as a recommendation.
The handoff
Somewhere between 2023 and 2026, the person who bought these pins stopped being the person who bought these pins. Same league, same town, entirely different contact.
That's the second pattern this collection documents. One Philadelphia program kept its account because the coach stayed. This league kept its account through a complete change of the buying role. Different mechanisms, same result: the program outlives the parent.
What makes a reorder easy
Artwork on file, and a name to reference. Whoever inherits the job doesn't need to reconstruct what was ordered last time — they need to be able to say "the same as last year, but bigger," and have that mean something.

Quantity and size move it most: the break runs about $0.20 per pin for every hundred pins, and the range here goes from a 1,500-pin corporate run at 1.25 inch to a 3 inch dangler with glitter. Pin type and finish are priced per pin on top of that — a spinner was $0.65 more per pin on one order, glitter is $0.10 per pin per glitter colour.
Timing is separate again. Six weeks ahead of your date carries no delivery or rush charge; four weeks adds a $40 delivery charge; three weeks adds $40 plus a $75 rush fee. The pins are manufactured in China and are subject to US import tariffs, disclosed on the quote rather than at invoice.
