The part that matters is that they came back
The Antelope Valley Coyotes had ordered a thousand pins from The Pin Creator in a previous season. For 2026 they came back — and the order grew by half.
That is the only review of a pin order worth anything. Not what the customer said at the time, but whether they returned the following year.
Started in January
The 2026 conversation opened on 27 January, months before the season. That head start bought something specific: when the first design direction was not right, there was time to move the artwork to a second artist and start again rather than settle.
"Will send to another artist for pin proof."
Teams that start in April do not have that option. The mould is the point of no return, and everything upstream of it is free to change.

The free pins, split
An order over a thousand pieces earns a free 3'x6' vinyl banner and 100 free 2-inch pins in all-gold metal or blackout.
Most teams take all hundred in one finish. This club took fifty of each.
That is worth knowing, because two finishes at fifty apiece gives you two tiers of rare pin instead of one. In a trading context where scarcity is the whole currency, fifty is meaningfully rarer than a hundred — and having both a gold and a blackout in circulation gives kids something to chase in two directions.
The banner
The free banner is not a logo reprint. It carries the roster:
"please send roster names and numbers and coaches names if you like ofr the FREE banner"
Names, numbers, coaches. It comes back as the thing that hangs on the fence all week.
Why this one is here
Because it is the clearest repeat-customer record in the library, and because of the fifty-fifty split on the free pins — a small decision, made by a club that had done this before, that most first-time buyers never think to ask about.

The banner threshold
This order cleared it. At a thousand pins over two inches, the banner and the bonus pins came with the run — the twenty cents a pin bought a larger pin as well as the banner.

Glitter is a finish, so it applies to any pin type — standard, spinner or slider alike. It is mixed into the enamel of a chosen colour rather than applied on top, so it will not rub off.
It is specified per colour: one glitter colour, or several. Commonly it lands on a single accent area — the shape of a state, a star, a puck. A 1,500-pin association order ran one glitter colour across the whole run; another design used gold glitter only on the state-shaped element.

No. Every figure in this library is what one team was quoted for one order, on the day they asked. It is published as a record, not as a price list.
Quantity and size move it most: the break runs about $0.20 per pin for every hundred pins, and the range here goes from a 1,500-pin corporate run at 1.25 inch to a 3 inch dangler with glitter. Pin type and finish are priced per pin on top of that — a spinner was $0.65 more per pin on one order, glitter is $0.10 per pin per glitter colour.
Timing is separate again. Six weeks ahead of your date carries no delivery or rush charge; four weeks adds a $40 delivery charge; three weeks adds $40 plus a $75 rush fee. The pins are manufactured in China and are subject to US import tariffs, disclosed on the quote rather than at invoice.
