A pin that raises money instead of trading
Almost every pin in this library is made to be traded. A player hands one over, gets one back, and goes home with a lanyard full of somebody else's team.
This one is different. The Gloucester County Hero Scholarship Fund runs the Ride to Remember, an annual memorial motorcycle ride, and the pin exists to support the cause. Nobody trades it. People wear it because they were there.
The relationship is the record
The 2025 order opened in May with a single line from the fund:
"Could you ask your designer to draft ideas for our 2025 Ride to Remember?"
Not a specification. Not a quantity. An assumption that the shop already knew the job — which it did. A month later the designer's own note in the thread reads:
"Let me know if I should prep the artwork for them to use as previous years."
As previous years. That sentence is the whole relationship in five words.
The 2025 order was quoted, invoiced and paid inside a week. The 2026 order — 550 pins at two inches — shipped in March, well ahead of the ride.
The twenty-fifth
2026 is the Ride to Remember's 25th anniversary. A quarter century of the same event, and the pin has been part of it for as long as this archive goes back.
Two of those years are documented here in full, from first email to shipping confirmation. The earlier ones exist in the archive but have not been read yet, so this page claims only what has been verified. That is the rule everywhere on this site: what is written down, and nothing beyond it.
Why it belongs here
Most of the work in this library is a team, a tournament, and a deadline. This is a cause, a date that comes round every year, and a customer who no longer has to explain what they want.
That is a different kind of job, and it is the kind that lasts.

The banner threshold
This order sat under the threshold, so no banner was included. At the time the line fell at 1,000 pins at 2.0 inches or larger: the size step cost $0.20 more per pin — $1.07 to $1.27 — and brought a free 3ft × 6ft banner plus 100 bonus gold-metal or blackout pins with it.
Worth checking before you commit to a quantity: the bigger pin is frequently the cheaper total order.

Every figure here is taken from a real quote for a real order. That is the point of it — and also the reason it will not match what you are quoted.
- Quantity moves the price more than anything else
- Size and build are priced separately
- Turnaround changes the total
- Import tariffs apply and are disclosed on the quote

Questions this order answers
Say so up front. Artwork is kept on file, so a repeat order can start from your existing design instead of a blank page, and a reorder that reuses the same die skips the mould charge.
Several accounts here have ordered across two, three and four seasons — and reference to a previous pin is often the fastest way to explain what you want.

No. Every figure in this library is what one team was quoted for one order, on the day they asked. It is published as a record, not as a price list.
Quantity and size move it most: the break runs about $0.20 per pin for every hundred pins, and the range here goes from a 1,500-pin corporate run at 1.25 inch to a 3 inch dangler with glitter. Pin type and finish are priced per pin on top of that — a spinner was $0.65 more per pin on one order, glitter is $0.10 per pin per glitter colour.
Timing is separate again. Six weeks ahead of your date carries no delivery or rush charge; four weeks adds a $40 delivery charge; three weeks adds $40 plus a $75 rush fee. The pins are manufactured in China and are subject to US import tariffs, disclosed on the quote rather than at invoice.
For a price that applies to your order, send your quantity, size and in-hands date and we will quote it.
