Not one design — seventeen
Most trading pins are identical across a roster. Every kid gets the same pin, and the point is that they're interchangeable, because trading is the whole activity.
This one went the other way. Each pin carries an individual player's number, set into a puck on the face. The club sent the roster as a list:
"Here are the number for the pucks . 35, 30, 93, 75, 9, 92, 44, 23, 58, 81, 53, 70, 37, 79, 1, 11, 10"

What that changes
A numbered pin stops being currency. You cannot trade away the pin with your own number on it — or rather you can, once, and then it's gone.
So it becomes a different object. Closer to a ring or a jersey patch than to a trading pin: a record that you were on this roster, in this season, wearing this number.
Teams that want both usually order two runs — a plain team pin in quantity for trading, and a small numbered run to keep. This order is the second kind.
The production side
Personalising per player is not the same as ordering seventeen designs. The base artwork is one design; the number is a variable element within it. That keeps the tooling sane — but it does mean the roster has to be final before production, because a number added later is a genuinely separate item.
Which is why the club sent the numbers as a plain list, early, before proofing. Exactly the right way to do it.

The banner threshold
This order sat under the threshold, so no banner was included. At the time the line fell at 1,000 pins at 2.0 inches or larger: the size step cost $0.20 more per pin — $1.07 to $1.27 — and brought a free 3ft × 6ft banner plus 100 bonus gold-metal or blackout pins with it.
Worth checking before you commit to a quantity: the bigger pin is frequently the cheaper total order.

Yes, and it's one of the most requested features — teams routinely choose it over spinner or slider construction when they have to pick one.
Numbers need contrast to stay legible at pin scale. White numbers on a dark element such as a black puck is a reliable pattern. Send the full roster with numbers when you send artwork, and tell us straight away if the roster changes.

No. Every figure in this library is what one team was quoted for one order, on the day they asked. It is published as a record, not as a price list.
Quantity and size move it most: the break runs about $0.20 per pin for every hundred pins, and the range here goes from a 1,500-pin corporate run at 1.25 inch to a 3 inch dangler with glitter. Pin type and finish are priced per pin on top of that — a spinner was $0.65 more per pin on one order, glitter is $0.10 per pin per glitter colour.
Timing is separate again. Six weeks ahead of your date carries no delivery or rush charge; four weeks adds a $40 delivery charge; three weeks adds $40 plus a $75 rush fee. The pins are manufactured in China and are subject to US import tariffs, disclosed on the quote rather than at invoice.
