The idea
Most spinner pins are a disc that rotates because rotating is a feature you can buy. This one is different, and the customer had the whole thing worked out before any proof existed:
"I would like the cherry to be glitter red, and be a spinner."
The design is Spoonbridge and Cherry — the Minneapolis sculpture of an enormous spoon balancing an enormous cherry — with the city skyline behind it.
The cherry sits on the spoon. On the pin, it turns.
Why that's the right use of a spinner
A spinner costs $0.65 a pin, on top of a base rate that was $2.89 at 2.5 inch for 400 pieces, with glitter another $0.10.

That is real money on a small order, and most of the time it buys novelty — a moving part that has nothing to do with the subject. Here the moving part is the subject. The sculpture's whole visual joke is a thing balanced where it shouldn't be, and a spinner is the only way a flat piece of enamel can say that.
The red glitter does the same work. The cherry is the one element meant to catch light.

Not a logo file — a picture of the actual Spoonbridge, so the proportions of spoon to cherry would be right.
The reply asked for something back:
"Can you send a picture of what the uniforms look like so we can match colours"
Which is the right question in the other direction. Black, white, red and grey are easy words and many different colours. Enamel is mixed to PMS references, so a photograph of the sweater is worth more than a colour name.

Because the honest answer to "is a spinner worth it?" is usually not, but sometimes obviously yes — and this is what obviously yes looks like. The upgrade is not decoration on the design. It is the design.

Questions this order answers
A spinner pin is a construction type, not an accessory. An element of the design — usually a round logo, a puck or a ball — is mounted on a rivet so it rotates in place. It reads as a fidget as much as a badge, which is exactly why players trade for them.
Because it changes how the pin is built, it carries its own per-pin price. On a 2.5-inch soft enamel order at 250 pieces the quote was $3.44 per pin standard against $4.09 per pin as a spinner. That team chose standard construction and spent the difference on putting every player's number on the pin instead.

Glitter is a finish, so it applies to any pin type — standard, spinner or slider alike. It is mixed into the enamel of a chosen colour rather than applied on top, so it will not rub off.
It is specified per colour: one glitter colour, or several. Commonly it lands on a single accent area — the shape of a state, a star, a puck. A 1,500-pin association order ran one glitter colour across the whole run; another design used gold glitter only on the state-shaped element.

Quantity and size move it most: the break runs about $0.20 per pin for every hundred pins, and the range here goes from a 1,500-pin corporate run at 1.25 inch to a 3 inch dangler with glitter. Pin type and finish are priced per pin on top of that — a spinner was $0.65 more per pin on one order, glitter is $0.10 per pin per glitter colour.
Timing is separate again. Six weeks ahead of your date carries no delivery or rush charge; four weeks adds a $40 delivery charge; three weeks adds $40 plus a $75 rush fee. The pins are manufactured in China and are subject to US import tariffs, disclosed on the quote rather than at invoice.
