I reached out to The Pin Creator on 12/3/2020 filled out an online request form and then emailed the logo we wanted to use for our hockey trading pin. On 12/4/2020 they sent me 2 drafts of 2 different pins I sent back a correction they made the correction right away with 2 updated drafts. To say this company has been easy to work with is an understatement. After my horror story with a different pin company last year I was hesitant to deal with our hockey trading pins. I have 3 more years of hockey trading pins due to my youngest son moving up to Squirts next year and I will definitely be working with The Pin Creator next year. Amazing customer service. The turn around time on their end has been fast and they understand the importance of these hockey pins for Squirt International. Highly recommend this company!
